  Wow! wow! wow! I came inside and was greeted so kindly with a big smile something I don't often see in the business. Usually I can expect to have to get rude and snappy with the customer Service at public storage but Shay made my visit differ from many others. She was very kind and helpful even though during my visit last Thursday I didn't rent anything I would definitely recommend this store to family and friends in the area and come back again because it was such a pleasure dealing with the customer service here.
